Awake Boards Shipping & Delivery Policy – Australia & New Zealand

1  Scope

This Policy outlines how Ride Awake Australia (Carbon Yachts Pty Ltd – ABN 71 666 574 670) ships Awake jetboards, eFoils, batteries, chargers and accessories purchased through rideawake.com.au or via our authorised sales team. It applies to deliveries within Australia, New Zealand and—by quotation—other Asia‑Pacific destinations.

All correspondence regarding shipping should be directed to team@rideawake.com.au.

 

2  Dispatch Promise

Locally‑held stock” means units physically located at one of the following:

Warriewood NSW Warehouse (Sydney Northern Beaches)

Coomera QLD Showroom (BoatWorks Precinct)

An authorised sub‑distributor’s facility in Australia or NZ

Orders consisting entirely of locally‑held stock are dispatched the next business day after payment clears, unless prevented by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. courier strikes, extreme weather).

Orders containing items not in local inventory dispatch as soon as the goods arrive from Awake’s factory. Lead‑times will be shown at checkout or advised by email.

5  Tracking & Notifications

A tracking link is emailed once each consignment leaves our warehouse. Multi‑box orders (board, battery, accessories) may show separate tracking numbers.

 

6  Address Changes

Email team@rideawake.com.au before your dispatch confirmation to update shipping details. Once in transit we can request a diversion fee from the carrier, but this is not guaranteed.

 

7  Lost or Damaged Goods

Report any damage or delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt to team@rideawake.com.au with photos of packaging and product. We’ll liaise with the carrier and advise next steps under our Warranty or ACL obligations.

 

8  Import Duties & Taxes (Outside AU/NZ)

For Asia‑Pacific destinations outside Australia or New Zealand, the recipient is responsible for local import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9  Policy Updates

Ride Awake may update this Shipping Policy periodically. The version and effective date at the top of the document indicate the current revision.
