Carbon Yachts Pty Ltd (ABN 71 666 574 670) ("Carbon Yachts", "we", "our", "us") distributes premium yachts, tenders, water toys and electric boards—including the Awake range—throughout Australia and New Zealand.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you interact with:
carbonyachts.com.au (our primary corporate website),
rideawake.com.au (our dedicated Awake e‑commerce sub‑site), and
any related microsites, pages or services we operate (collectively the Websites), in‑store activations, events, phone, email or social media.
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, some additional GDPR rights may apply—see Section 10.

No online service is 100 % secure but we take reasonable steps to protect your data from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access.

11 Complaints
If you believe we have breached the APPs, email info@carbonyachts.com.au detailing your concerns. We will acknowledge receipt within five business days and aim to resolve within 30 days. If you are unsatisfied, you may escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on both Websites. Material changes will be notified by email or site banner.
